REFUND AND EXCHANGE:
If you are unhappy with your item please contact me via Etsy Conversations within seven days of receipt of delivery. In the event that the item needs to be returned for exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items being returned need to be in original condition and include all original packaging. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Although we will gladly send along proof of shipping, I do not refund items lost in transit if an incorrect address was provided by the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS
Once payment is received, we will package your order within 60 minutes. If your order was acknowledged during USPS business hours, it will be shipped immediately. If your order was acknowledged outside of USPS business hours, it will be shipped next USPS business day. Cancellations must be made within one (1) hour of placing your order.
